Steven founded Soteria Compliance Ltd with a view to working alongside organisations who are committed to, but may need support in improving their SHEQ performance. With over 15 years experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors he supports clients in developing risk-based solutions that reflect current legislation requirements, ensuring they stay compliant with the law.

Steven delivers practical, sensible advice so as to develop management systems which are robust, reliable and fit for purpose. A chartered health & safety practitioner, he holds diplomas in Occupational Health & Safety and in Managing the Transfer of Hazardous Waste, along with being an IRCA approved Lead Auditor against the international standards for safety, quality and environmental management.
